Alana, a Massachusetts native, discovered her passion for art at an early age and pursued a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from Endicott College, where she further developed her creative voice and technical skills. While her professional career initially focused on design, motherhood inspired a return to painting. After the birth of her son and twin daughters, Alana rekindled her passion for fine art and has been dedicated to her painting practice since 2020.

Now based in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida, Alana draws inspiration from the coastal landscapes that surround her. Working primarily in acrylics, she creates paintings that celebrate the beauty, nostalgia, and tranquility of coastal life. Using her own photography and personal experiences as reference, her work explores themes of place, connection, and cherished memories.

Alana’s work is collected throughout the United States and has been featured in online galleries, local exhibitions, and retail spaces across Northeast Florida.

ARTIST STATEMENT

I paint with a spirit rooted in the rhythm of the coast, where light, color, and memory intertwine. Working in acrylic on canvas, I capture the balance between movement and calm through coastal landscapes and shell studies. Inspired by childhood memories of collecting shells with my mother, my work celebrates moments of wonder and connection—an invitation to slow down, explore, and breathe in the beauty around us.
