Returns

You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

In the original packaging, with all tags and labels attached.

Send an email to alanafayart@gmail.com for the reason for return - ie damage, and include photos.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow 10 days for the refund to be processed.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless the items is being returned due to damage.
